I earned my first state plumbing license in 1980. I moved to Bentonville in 2000, working for a large commercial plumbing contractor. I started Kramer Plumbing in the fall of 2005 which evolved into Kramer & Co Mechanical in 2010. We have built our company living our motto of “Service with Integrity”. I am happily married and my wife, Julie, is a school counselor. I have two children and one grandchild. I am grateful to be a resident of Northwest Arkansas.
I am a licensed Master Plumber in the state of Arkansas with 19 years experience. I was taught from the beginning of my career to strive for excellence in my field. I am a husband and father of two beautiful children. I live and work in Northwest Arkansas.

Growing up in south Georgia, my dad thought it would be good for me to know how to stay cool, so he did what any dad would do, he took me to work. My name is Samantha Cardell. I am a California native but relocated to Arkansas in 2017. I have worked in office administration for 20 years. I recently received my associate degree at Northwest Community College, and I am currently working towards my bachelor’s degree at Arkansas Tech University. When I am not working or studying you can find me curled up on the couch with my two cats relaxing and enjoying a book, binge watching a tv show or painting while surrounded by my ever-growing plant collection.
Just wanted to give a shout out to your employees. Didn't get their names. There were three. We were stuck in a standstill on the interstate Friday night. Westbound from BV to Centerton. They were right in front of me and they got out of the truck to stretch and move around a little. They offered me water and told me what they had heard was going on and why we weren't moving. One of them got in the back of your service truck and was organizing. Such nice guys. I couldn't get a good picture due to the glare of the sun.
Came out when they were scheduled and went to get the correct parts right away to make the repair. Professional and reliable.
