While its been some time since I worked with Kramer & Co Mechanical in July 2020, their HVAC repair has held up extremely well. They were able to quickly and fully diagnose the issue (which another HVAC company was unable to do), then proceeded to do a very thorough repair. I called Kramer at 8 a.m. They showed up about 2pm ( they tried to come at noon but I wasn't home) they had my hot water heater fixed in about 1 hour. At about 1/3 of the price I thought it was going to cost. I talked to Mike Kramer in the morning. He's the one that scheduled the repair. He sent his guy John over really courteous and polite professional and efficient I cannot recommend this company enough. I've already made a recommendation to my daughter. And I recommend them to you.

Our master bath toilet was replaced and the waterline from the previous one was too short for the new one. Tim reset the seal, tightened all the screws, put the new line in and voila! It works great!

I had a huge leak in my main water line. Kramer & Company replaced my entire water line going into the house. After being without water for nearly six weeks because I could not get a plumbing contractor to do the job--I stumbled across Kramer. I'm so glad I did! They were fair with their price, and they did an outstanding job! Not to mention, they started my job immediately and finished fast. They had all the big equipment to trench nearly 250 feet of water line. I'm highly impressed and highly recommend them for any plumbing work you may need. Specifically--Derek was fantastic!
